STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Our Strength and Conditioning classes follow structured, goal-driven training blocks built around the big compound lifts — squat, bench, and deadlift.
You’ll work through accessory movements to build balance and control, then finish with a conditioning block (Metcon) designed to lift your endurance and work capacity.
Every session can be scaled to suit your level, with options to progress or pull back depending on experience, mobility, or injury. This style of training enables you to improve your form, increase your weight and move better.
HYROX TRAINING
MONDAY - 4PM
Saturday - 6amOur HYROX specific-training sessions blend strength, endurance and functional movement to help you build the muscle, stamina and engine you need to feel stronger week after week. You’ll work through race-style stations like sled pushes, rows, lunges and carries, with programming that targets the key movement patterns HYROX is known for.
Some weeks focus on building specific strength and fitness components, and other weeks you’ll run through a full or partial HYROX simulation to put your training into practice.
It’s challenging but accessible for all levels, with clear coaching and plenty of ways to scale or progress. If you like training with purpose and want a session that genuinely lifts your performance, this one’s for you.

These HYROX sessions aren’t all you need to be race-ready. They’re designed as a build-on to your regular training, helping you refine the skills, technique and movement patterns needed to perform well on race day.
Your regular programming provides the base strength and general conditioning that supports explosive efforts like burpee broad jumps, the leg strength required for sled pushes and pulls, and the engine needed for longer efforts such as lunges and wall balls.
The HYROX sessions then layer on top of that foundation, giving you the chance to practise those movements in race-style combinations while developing the specific muscle endurance needed to hold form and pace under fatigue.
For athletes training for HYROX, we encourage you to pair these sessions with our weekly Strength & Conditioning classes, Mental PWR, and PWR Friday sessions to build a well-rounded base and feel fully prepared on race day.
BOXING
Our boxing sessions are fast, focused and a lot of fun.
You’ll run through bag work, pad rounds and simple drills that teach you how to move, strike and breathe with purpose.
It’s all about good technique and steady effort, not trying to be a pro fighter. You’ll mix punches with short cardio efforts to keep the heart rate up and finish feeling sharp.
Beginners fit in easily and experienced boxers still get a solid hit-out. Everything can be adapted, and Coach Daz keeps it safe, clear, enjoyable and high energy.
YOGA
TUESDAY - 7pmOur yoga sessions support recovery from training and strength work, helping you move better, reduce stiffness and stay consistent with your training. The focus is on mobility, breath and controlled movement to balance out the demands of lifting and conditioning.
PILATES
SATURDAY - 8:45amOur Pilates classes focus on strength, control and steady, intentional movement. You’ll work through core-driven exercises that build stability, improve posture and help you move with more confidence in and out of the gym.
The pace is calm but the work is real — expect a good burn without the intensity of a high-impact session. All levels are welcome, and every exercise can be adjusted to suit where you’re at.
