You’ll learn how to move well and lift safely, with clear guidance for every rep and adjustments that match your fitness level and how you’re feeling on the day.

NOT SURE IF YOU’RE READY FOR CLASSES YET?PWR PT INTRO PACK
The PWR PT Intro Pack is a four-week introduction for anyone who feels unsure about jumping straight into classes. If you’re out of practice or want to feel more confident before joining the Strength & Conditioning classes, this is the best place to start.
You’ll work one-on-one with a coach to learn the key movements and understand how our classes run, giving you the confidence and familiarity to step into group training knowing you’re capable.

TRAIN WITH CLAIR
Clair’s coaching is shaped by her own training background, with a strong focus on strength and conditioning, running and HYROX-style training. Clair enjoys helping people build strength, confidence and sustainable habits that support long-term health.

TRAIN WITH DARREN
Darren’s coaching is shaped by years of training across weightlifting, boxing and long-distance running. He leads the boxing classes at PWR and brings plenty of energy to his sessions, keeping things engaging while helping people build strength, fitness and confidence.

Hayley’s coaching is grounded in the belief that movement is all about what the body can do. She focuses on education and balanced training, helping people build strength, confidence and sustainable habits through group sessions and one-on-one coaching, with a strong interest in rehab and return to movement.

Kylie loves the energy of group training and the accountability that comes with it. She believes strength is something anyone can build and enjoys helping people grow stronger, fitter and more confident in their training. Her coaching is hands-on and technique-focused, with an emphasis on strong fundamentals and balanced movement.
