HYROX isn’t just a workout. It’s a test of strength, endurance, and grit. And if you’ve got as far as signing up and have committed, you deserve more than random sessions and winging it. That’s where we come in.

As an official HYROX training provider, we offer a proven, progressive program designed to get you ready to compete, whether it’s your first time or you’re coming back to give it another crack.

You’ll train with structure to make sure you’re performing at your best on the big day. And better yet, you’ll do it alongside a crew of good humans who show up, support each other, and continue to push for more.

At PWR, we don’t just run through HYROX simulations every session. We build the foundations that support them.

HYROX is a global fitness race that combines running with functional strength movements. Each event includes 8 x 1km runs, each followed by a workout station - think sled pushes, rowing, burpee broad jumps, and more.

It’s the ultimate test of endurance, strength, and grit. It’s designed to be achievable for all levels, whether you’re new to the sport or chasing a podium finish.
